Renowned for their high nutritional value, cashew kernels are widely used across the food processing industry. In recent years, Vietnamese cashew processors have increasingly focused on developing value-added and organic cashew products to meet the growing and diversified demands of international consumers. For many consecutive years, Vietnam has maintained its position as the largest supplier of cashew kernels to the European market.
